Providing individuals with the opportunities to change their lives and the community – this is Lao Foundation’s mission and is at the heart of everything that we do. Through our programs and projects, we hope that we ignite the passion and the determination that is in every individual to strive for their aspirations. It is a daunting task, but it is through stories like these that make it all worthwhile.

This is Ulysis’ story. From a working student in Mariveles, Bataan, to applying to Dualtech Training Center, becoming an in-plant trainee within the D&L Group of Companies, and now a full-time employee, Ulysis shares the ebb and flow of his journey and his resolve to achieve his dreams despite the rough seas.
