Transforming Communities Together
As one of LFI’s Success Stories, the Lao Foundation, in partnership with Don Bosco Agro-Mechanical Technology Center (Legazpi) Inc., puts the spotlight on one of its scholars from Batch 2020 that continues to serve as a model and inspiration in his community. The story of Ryan Timog is about determination, collaboration, and working together to achieve a common goal.
In this video feature, Ryan, who is from Oas, a rural area in Albay, shares the different challenges and difficulties that he had to face in his journey. Though there were moments of self-doubt and wanting to give up, Ryan emphasized the importance of staying committed to yourself and your goals in order to achieve them.
This story also features the significance of the effective partnership of Lao Foundation and Don Bosco Agro-Mechanical Technology Center (Legazpi), Inc. Through collaboration and a shared objective, the two organization’s interventions are more purposeful and impactful to the students and the community.
